Takacats

I’m looking to downsize from trailing my boat, to buying a sib which I can pack away after use, and launch at more locations.
Since I will probably only be in inshore waters, estuaries, and harbours, with possibly 1 crew member, I want to keep the size of boat( and outboard) manageable. Safe choice would be a sib with air deck/ keel, but also intrigued by the takacat, and wonder whether I might get a bit more fun with it, to offset loss of size and relative speed of outgoing boat?
Does anyone have experience of them, and the pros and cons compared to a standard sib?
Howard
