Is there going to be any fuel for us next week
Iv bin everywhere tonight to get some diesel so I can get to work but everyone has ran out

It'll be fine - no strike - everyone will have full tanks in their car in the next day or so- then the garages will be empty of customers as the tankers will have been round to fill them up ....but no-one will be buying as they have full tanks !

I've noticed the roads are much quieter as everyone is 'being careful just in case'.

I do however think garages will be far more vigilant of what poeple are filling up tank/ can wise, so be prepared to argue about whats a can ( max 10L etc ) and a tank which falls under differant regs .....

hi, those with experience of the site hurst view and the Lymington area, wonder where i can rinse off the boat/outboard afterwards?

do they have facilities at the site?

i shall take my mufflers

hurst view have informed me that as long as i take a hose pipe i can rinse my boat off. so i will take this and mufflers if anyone wants to borrow.

they have also said they are expecting it to be very busy on the site next weekend.

Good thinking, I'll have mufflers but if maybe I could borrow the hose that would be sound,
