Ribcraft USA builds in new England and Nautica in Florida. Don't think there are any others actually built in the US other then Noveria which is just a light weight yacht tender.

I haven't had good luck with off the shelf covers. They never fit well as are so generic. Having the builder provide a console cover (or even full cover) that is custom built to fit the boat properly...
