Impex Japan - Outboard Parts

Anyone on here used Impex for buying new outboard parts?

I'm looking to place quite a large order and wondered if anyone has had any experience with them and import fees / postage etc?

I know folk on here have used Browns Point etc from the USA, but on paper at least Impex look quite a bit cheaper for the selection of bits I am looking for.

TOTAL FRAUD. This company takes orders, then adds further charges and will not release product unless you pay. Even if you cancel order, they keep money as credit. Only way to get a refund is paypal, and even then, they only issue part refund. TOTAL SCAM. Avoid at all cost. Not even a Japanese company, Russian !!!
