Custom cut ali?

I am just thinking about getting on and putting my new engine on but have hit a bit of a dead end.

My current wiring loom terminates at a ali switch panel on the console but my new engine has a 703 control box and the wiring terminates there.

Now it's time to sell the old engine I have taken the switch panel off but I have left a hole in the console

I quite fancy putting a ali plate back in its place with a single switch for the instrument lights. The only trouble is I don't know really how to go about it?

Searching online I can only find really big sheets, any trade members on here that make stuff like that? Or can someone point me towards a supplier?
