And finally!!

Hi we finally got to take real clients out yesterday, we saw the sights reculver the forts the seals hollow shore then raced back along the coast.

The boat was perfect since launch the only query has been the paddle not being calibrated. excellent to have been able to launch and trade! without hassles. My new crew chap has setled in well and the inaugral run went perfectly!
Tornado were right with the clients aboard she sits at excatly the right trim and when we go lighly loaded we use a water tank for ballast in the hull.

None of this really news but I was very chuffed to see happy (but cold customers) disembark. We supply coats and gloves but 5 clients arived in T shirts My 4 year old waved us off and she seems keen to crew (later on though) the optis did a 2and a half hour run at 3700 -4100 rpm and burnt only 76 litres (there were a couple of stops) but two is definately better than one for me and the fuel bill after VAT/fuel duty of £22 for the tour is exceptional.
Cheers to John at Quincari for the tips, all bang on

Bookings are up on last year by loads (infact if we had not had to cancel wednesday due to horrid rain we would have taken the equivalent of quarter last years bookings IN APRIL!!

I will post some pics shortly but please spread the word for corporate and or special events you can never have too much demand!!

Mike,
Delighted to hear you are up and at it again. I met the guy that sold you the new boat at the Dublin boat show. Looking forward to seeing the pics of the new boat. By the way... dont let the 4yr old crew for you ! Her vomit stinks

Regards,

Luke.

Well done Mike,
nice to see you again yesterday at Herne Bay. I was on a non boating outing though.
The boat sure looks A1 and the twin optis had plenty of on lookers drooling.

Best of luck with your future trips.
