Aerotec “delamination”

Hi
A friend of mine has just bought an Aerotec which appears to be in good condition. However he is concerned about a gap between the floor and the transom and having just sold mine I can’t remember if that should be there?
Best way of describing it is that you can insert your fingers in the gap on both sides of the boat! I don’t think it’s delamination but would be great if someone could put his mind at rest! I do have a photo but don’t know how to add it on here using my iPad?

Really need a photo to see exactly where he refers to. Does he mean the outer floor or the HP floor etc.

But he could mean the "gap" seen below because the outer floor is glued to the rear of the transom and leaves what you could call a gap?

I wish I knew how to send a pic but it’s asking for a url and there is no facility on my iPad? It is the outer floor which looks like it should be stuck to the bottom of the transom inside the boat. You can insert your fingers between the floor and the transom but the fact it is the same both sides of the boat makes me think it is supposed to be there!

Just seen your pic Fenlander and it appears the “gap” should be there! Thank you.
