Split pin and washer size

Hi all, am going to replace the washers and split pins on my rollers. All are badly rusted. I contacted mersea trailers, and they only do steel ones, plus wanted £30 postage to Ireland. I want to get stainless ones.
I am pretty sure the post these rollers ( On an Old Snipe R14-600 trailer ) sit on is 20mm, so i can find a washer that is 21 mm centre 37mm diameter will be the right ones. However i am not sure on split pin size, they are so bad, that they will disintegrate, when i remove them. I have included a link to they type of roller i have below. Does anyone know what size i need. Thanks in advance.

Thinking about the same thing. This is quite a good guide for stainless steel 316 pins. I have a Rapide trailer. Washers are rusted, and pins are good.

Can you measure the size of the split pin hole at all, or the diameter of one of the existing pins?

On my Bramber trailer, I've recently finished replacing all my split pins with stainless items from GWR Fasteners on Ebay - I used 4mm x 38mm, and they fitted nicely in my arms.

Same boat on a 2010 Rapide RU40/RC.

Washers are the same as yours, Ø 37mm, and central hole Ø 21mm, with 3mm depth.

Split pin as per the diagram I posted earlier for measuring, the shorter arm is 30mm long x 4mm width. Head measures 7mm wide.

Make sure they are stainless steel 316.

Spartacus, you are a diamond. Thanks very much. Us 4.8M folks need to stick together. LOL.
