e tec 115

hi guys, i got a 2007 E TEC 115 hp and the last 3 years i have the exhaust valve stucked and the boat struggles to get on plane. after the engine reaches 4000rpm it runs like it should.

each year i take it to the dealer to unblock the exhuast valve but after 30-40 hours the valve is blocked again. i wonder if it is ok to cancel the exhaust valve. How this would affect the engine?

Thanks
