I am unable to post in the trade section ? am still current same email address and have not upset the moderators as far as I know ,have emailed the webmaster re this twice no joy .
Please refund my balance have to post here as nothing has been done to resolve this issue .
Kind of pointless being a trade member if can't advertise

AFAIK, none of the admin Team were aware of your current plight - I suspect that the form emails you sent to Social Knowledge have gone astray or been bounced around. I'll give JK a nudge and he can check his abacus. May I ask when you took out the Trade Membership? Sometimes the system needs a thump to register the payment and I see that you are not currently "showing" as a Trade Member.

Hi Tim, I can see that there was a Paypal subscription reversal from your account on 27 October which refunded £100 to you and will have deactivated your Trade Membership. I have asked Social Knowledge to check whether this was a duplicate payment being refunded. Could you check your Paypal account for any payments or refunds from Social Knowledge and let me know what comes up?

The "Contact us" form at the bottom of the page goes to the general Social Knowledge support desk and the RIBnet team don't routinely monitor this although they do pass on any queries that they can't handle. It's OK, for general enquiries, but sending me a PM would normally be quicker in this sort of situation.

Yes got a reversal so can now rejoin as a Trade Member
Wish they had told me .
