Passengers and alcohol

Hi, If a group do a private charter, are they (not us supply) allowed by law to bring a bottle of bubbly aboard? We aren't talking a drunk stag tour or anything wild, just a Birthday outing and a cold bottle of Champagne.
Any answers would be much appreciated
James

Yes, there are no Law/Rules against it. From there it is down to your own company T&C's.

No problems provided it is managed for safety and OK on your T and Cs
