Happy to organise but the speed limit tends to put people off when it actually comes to it.

2015 Thames "Cruise"

How about helping out at the Great River Race,

Cruise the Thames from Kingston to Grenwich ( early morning, mist on the water, beautiful )

Tie up at Mast House Terrace Pier, have a sausage sandwich and cruise back to Kingston in the company of 3000 mad rowers in all sorts of craft

Recover boat and go home

Did I mention pre-event curry the night before and free camping.

Oh and we'll pay the boat fuel and transport costs for getting to and from the event.... and there's normally lots of Jaffa Cakes too.

Interested?

I'd love to help but I haven't done my rya yet. I still would love to come and watch though. Do you know what time it starts from Kingston? I'll be coming from Greenwich where would be the nearest slipway?
Regards
Eddy
