Well I guess not many like to head East past Selsy Bill cos did not see any Solent Ribsters about. No doubt Sunday was one of the best ribbings days this year. Very little if any wind, calm sea, lots of sunshine a very high tide and at the right time for us.

Here are a few shots to give you an idea what it was like. JK was there and I know cos he called me on my mobile. With any luck you may just spot him standing somewhere in front of the Pixie Cafe

Easterly Winds

Hi Andre,
I am sorry we missed you. Kathryn & I took our friends out for their first rib ride Unfortunately the wind decided to turn Easterly and made the solent very sloppy. So we headed into the Harbour and showed them the sights. Still managed to put a smile on their faces when we had a few high speed runs down the Langstone Ski Run. 36knotts on GPS with 4 people.

Look forward to seeing you both soon.

Best wishes

So where did that wind come from then. Strange that you get windy conditions in one place and twenty miles away its calm.
