Been out in any REALLY rough stuff??? Looks like my dream boat!!!
The FLS on a Rib is a complete waste of maoney, I have however seen one fitted to a 8Knt cruising Yacht and it worked a treat.
Depends what you call Really rough, up here we tend to get short steep waves as opposed to the big long rollers that the East get, but we tend to get big short steep stuff due the depth of seabed (150m+) shallowing off very quickly.
The worst would have been in some of the tide races off the Mull of Kintyre, but I regularly go out in about a 8 and have only buried her nose twice , both times after slackening off on the throttle to go over one and not getting on the throttle quick enough.

Blue Marlin

Some of these have been posted before - only one of them in the water...... The problem is that we are always ON the RIB when we go out......

(Mental Note: Must try harder...)
