Found this TFR by concept chemicals (UK) - Sunami. Is this ok to clean the tubes of my rib?

Anti-fouling
If I apply Anti-fouling to the hull and appropriate anti-fouling to the tubes, can this be removed or its very difficult to remove? If removed will it regain its original look or the anti-fouling...

Scratched Tubes
My tube is scratched as if i tried to slice it with a knife. The thin outer skin (coloured rubber part) is cut and can see the fabric. Obviously its not heavily damaged or a danger. But I would like...

TFR or what?
Is a caustic traffic film remover harmful to the tubes of the rib, especially during the hot, sunny summer days of Malta. Will this have an effect on the outer skin of the tube? Any scientist here?...
