Wurth BMF Cleaner

Is the Wurth BMF cleaner a TFR? Does it give better or same results as normal TFR? I need thia as my tubes were heavily oxidised and there are stains/black dots which I need to remove. You think BMF is best for this job?

Its not very clear from their website. what you need is caustic traffic film remover. any good motorfactors should keep it, If in doubt try asking at a haulage yard as they use it diluted in steam cleaners for washing lorries.
and neat for breaking down oil off the engines .
