Stained Tubes

I got stains along the tube of my inflatable dingy. I tried to clean them with chemicals for such inflatables but invain. A friend of mine told me they these spots are the result of exposure to the sun for a long period. Can someone suggest something to remove such stains.

I think from that picture its going to be difficult for anyone to say. Perhaps you have some pictures from further away etc?

From that one shot it definitely doesn't look bad enough to justify painting as you were suggesting in the other thread.

Please leave feedback. These are photos of my rib before cleaning... though soem area are clean and one can see spots. Can these be removed?
