rubber rollers can pinch onto the shaft rather than roll. I have had nylon rollers on trailers for years, boat slips off like a greased pig.

my first sib was an old Zodiac wooden floor. Changed to a Zodiac 3.4 airfloor. With a Bravo pump the airfloor is a pleasure to use. Would never say that about the hard floor.

two stroke will be less weight. An internal tank will give little range so you'll probably need to carry a top up tank anyway. I use a Bravo pump, pure bliss, don't know of a mains option.

no, after realising just how extensive the rot was I just cracked on. I did weigh the rotten transom and repair panels and they came to a hefty one stone eight pounds if memory serves.
