I thought it was doing loads of fuel!!

just on tickover I've discovered a leak on the evinrude, under the carbs behind the VRO pump - its peeing out somewhere and just disappearing down the powerhead tray and down the leg - not good! spanners out!

its shaking a bit as the steering arm isnt connected to the cable incase you were wondering

Get some sikaflex shoved on it. Worked for my priming bulb

Looks like it's a bit of a pain to get to though mate. Just relax and have a cig wail your doing it

took off air box, the centre carburettor feed pipe had perished, it didnt look it visually but was of a different type than the other 2, with like a woven nylon outer, anyway it was leaking like a sieve! replaced with a nice new rubber pipe and zipped tied up, now alls well and tight as a nut, running well - and more importantly a dry power head tray inside!
