They are aware of the rib net comments about the previous operation and concern.
I've had another read through the thread, and if you look past the name calling (and the construct frothing at the mouth) there's actually some reasonably serious discussion.

The new owner has had their say, and I've made it very clear in the first post that things have changed. I don't see any reason why the thread should be removed.

This thread dies off every year and is then brought back to the front of our minds by someone. Interestingly it was the new owner that brought it back up this year by posting.

He personally has increased the number of views, re listing the thread to the top of the page and improved it's google ranking. What a stunning marketing effort!

Although not the way a lot of people operate, the carriage of lifejackets aboard I believe is OK and NOT worn-This is an operators decision. Although we may not agree with their decision it appears compliant and with MCA regs/coding

Was in there today ...and yes while LJ's are not a 'requirement' .....I was amazed to see small kids at the front of the boat, on parents laps, no LJ in evidence even on the skipper and there were some decent sized swells he was running over .

Judgeing by the number of trips the thread doesn't seem to be hurting the business.

All will be fine ( until something goes wrong and then it very much wont be fine) .
