Its neaps this weekend so you should be ok. Have a look at this thread and drop Ian M a pm. He's well versed in the use of the slip at Lymington.

Im launching from Lymington as they have a great slipway and pontoon to use. should be there by 9.30 ish

If you want to launch at Calshot I will give you a hand both launching and recovering. I don't see any problem for you at Calshot with a bunked trailer.

If you decide on Lymington I'm sure PeterM or Landlord will help you.

Both are fine - Lymington has the advanatge of pontoons to make it easier to get crew etc on easily .

Calshot is wider and probably less 'crowded' , but is less user freindly after you're floating.
