Is it permissible to tie up on the pontoon at W Mersea and go for lunch or is it a mooring/trot ride?

Yamaha F80A Outboard - long shaft £2500

I have for sale my Yamaha F80A long shaft outboard with control and rev counter. It came off my Avon Searider 5.4m following a re-engine. Condition is best described as works well but is "well used"....
