We are advised, by Icom Japan, that this unit will fit the M21 but it will not function correctly.
We are trying to find out why that it is.

Thanks Jon,

I don't need another battery yet but when the Ni-CD gives up the ghost it's good to have an option up ones sleeve.

I assume the Lithium battery pack and charger will be available as an extra for us older (model) users.
If so do you have a date and price?

The Battery is the BP241 SRP £53.58, charger BC162 SRP £35.25.
These are available now, dealers will be able to order then in for you.
