Update

THE family of a six-year-old boy who was killed in a tragic accident on a Co Down beach in 2010, have said they want to see stricter maritime legislation.

Stuart Wilson was stuck by a speedboat off Cranfield Beach.
On Tuesday, Newry man Damien McCann was given a suspended jail sentence for the manslaughter of a Stuart.
Judge Finnegan said that in his 40 years of practising law, this “was as sad a case as he had ever come across”.
