Thank you L.P.Boats + N.W. Ribs and Inflatables.

One of the baffles had blown on Imogen's tubes so I contacted Ian at Liverpool Power Boats knowing that my rib was still under warranty but I also knew that Eurocraft who built the tubes for Ian are no longer trading so I thought that could cause a bit of a problem, but I thought wrong Ian promised me that he would get it sorted at his expense and he did.

Ian contacted Dave Cowell (ex Eurocraft) who is now proprietor of NorthWest Ribs and Inflatables and between them they came to a reasonable agreement to repair the baffle on my rib.

I can only say that from my experience of buying my rib from Liverpool Power Boats Ian has always gone the extra mile looking after me as his customer and I would highly recommend anyone contemplating buying a rib/boat, or anything else from LBP's as I am sure that you will be just as well looked after as I have been.

Thanks Ian, Jayne + staff at LBP's

Dave Cowell's team did a superb job with the repair and you would never know that it had been in for repair at all. Dave is such a nice bloke to deal with as well and where he is situated just minutes from leaving the M6 its an ideal place for rib nobbers to get to from the Midlands and the North of England.

North West RIBs & Inflatables - boat repairs

A few days before arranging to pick up my rib I asked Dave if he could put Imogens name on the tubes and Dave said that he had a laser cutter and that it was no problem here's a few pics of his factory and Imogen with her new names on the tubes.

totally agree with kerny regarding dave at NWRI, great service - he even met me on a sunday to take delivery of my boat as there was no way of me getting it to him during the week!
thats a fine looking boat in the background steve, just looks a bit sorry for itself with the tubes down!

Collected mine this morning from SIT. Great day for it - got pi$$ wet through just hooking up the trailer

There was more water on the M6 on the way back down than there is in the Menai Strait on a high spring tide!
