Don't know, but the blue flashing lights and wailing sirens made me think twice about running for it up the Itchen which is as far as I know a dead end
decided on the "sorry didn't realise it was only six knots" instead.. hopefully the life jacket and foul weather gear meant they didn't confuse me with the yobbos from Drivers.
The launch did have Police written all over it so presumably they could arrange a trip to the Magistrates.
