Sib to Rib - which

Hi
Had a 3.5 sib with a 9.8.

Bit small and Girlfriend not too sure of its safety / robustness...

Looking at possibly a rib a little bigger. Spoke to RNLI guy today who was collecting. He sort of put me off rotomould as he wasn't fussed in the sea in one and much preferred a Rib. Also weight being an issue too for a couple of reasons. Also said most pvc boats from a good manufacturer are almost as good as Hyperion and wind de-bond etc

Anyway

So what makes are suitable? Might fish from it as a load of people do from sibs do around my way in the Bristol Channel / Swansea way.
Thanks All

Have a look at those from 3D Tender they seem very good and are a good Price. I am building the Xpro 535 at the moment

How do you move the boat about? If at all.
Will it be kept near the water?
Are you moving from a 'Roll it up in the boot' job to a trailered package?

As your Tow vehicle will obviously be key in your decision.

Hi Notebook, have you taken current girlfriend out in a Rib? It may not be the Sib she doesn't like, it may be she doesn't like being on the water.
