Ribtec in Cornwall

A mate of mine is interested in this boat but it is a fair way to go to look at it (Wadebridge)
Question Is it a RIBNET member selling if so we assume it is all kosher and up together dont we ?

Any Cornish members know this boat and any inf gladly recieved .

His other option is a Valiant 490 with a 60 Mariner which has had a fairly hard life but is cheap at £3200 but with iffy trailer belongs to mutual friend so I am in a difficult position .
Which would you choose ?

Sorry, can't help either, but that Ribtec looks like a bargain. (or certainly would be if you could get it at 4500)
