Hi first post here,I’ve just brought a 4 m ribeye, Ive found 3 leaks 2 are on old patches, and last one is on the end cone, is this a nightmare job or one to try at home, and I think looking online that the boat is pvc
Any input would be appreciated

The end cone isn’t a disaster. Search for Zodiac end cone repair. There should be a few threads on it. Watch as some relate to MKII GR which is hypalon. You’ll be after PVC glue. Preparation and the right gluing temperature and low humidity will determine the repair. Also check with RIBeye if the physical end cone is available. On Zodiac they are still available as parts. It may be the material around it, but a pressure test with soapy water will reveal.

Hi thanks for reply, so is it good practice to replace the end cone, or can I get away with using the old one ??? Thanks Archie
