Rib tubes at rest and speed?

Rib tubes at rest touching the water or not? What is the best? Samples...
What about stability at rest.
Asking because looking for fishing rib which is better to be stable at rest and lift tubes at speed.
From 6 to 6.5 meters.
I saw Redbay, with this characteristics but they didn't respond to mails about order.. calls..
What about Humber 6- 6.5? Ribcraft 6.4? I know that ribcraft 5.85 is good boat but prefer little bit longer.
Any suggestions are welcome. I have rigging company at our country and I am interested for any good rib boats. Prefer cat.B for offshore. Good options are integrated fuel tank and fish pond/livewell

Personally I prefer the stability at rest ... AND ..handling underway of Tubes on the water.
If Ribcraft and you want more room than a 585... 6.8 is the way to go
Forget the 6.4 it's a Dog!

RIBase
All other things being equal, at rest, the tubes in the water will give you more initial stability. On the move I don't think they should be in the water as they'll just cause a load of drag and do funny things when you are trying to turn.

I love my Ribtec 9m, which seems (to me at least!) very well designed and balanced, such that the tubes are just off the surface at rest, and so don't pick up much growth or wear, but do help provide stability with only a very little movement on either side.

Especially for a boat left afloat for long periods I wouldn't want them submerged all the time, but then again, don't like the idea either of some RIB's where they are so high off the water they provide very little stability in most use cases.
