Excellent news! we have another pass each day so that makes things a bit easier as we now have 3 passes each day
Also Chris from Henshaws is sending a member of staff down for 5 days (15th-19th). Chris is going to provide them with their own tickets
This will help us out on the working days of the week.
I will get one of the passes and I'll start and end the show and be available if needed as commuting down every day from Swindon will be a bit costly for me with parking too, unless I can think of something. This leaves two passes free for you lot
This is our own stand so we are the only ones looking after the boat and answering questions and manning the charity buckets etc. So really we need at least 2 people per day on the stand to help with lunch breaks etc.
The MacRIB is currently at Henshaws getting a pampering and will be delivered on the 11th at around 12:00 shrink wrapped and ready to go
Our stand will be simple with a small amount of Macmillan branding, to keep the focus on the auction and the boat.
Thomas is looking at some sign writing for us as our stand is open on all four sides and there is nowhere to attach our banner
but I am hoping to get it somewhere in the show
Macmillan are doing us some publicity and are providing the balloons etc.
Anyone that wants to help will need to bring a passport sized photo for their trade pass and you will also need to leave the pass at the entrance when you leave so a new one can be allocated the next day
