Revenger 29 what engine(s)?

I ordered a Revenger 29, and have to decide on the engine(s). The choice is between one 225 optimax, or two optimax, 150, 200 or 225. What would be the best choice?

You're obviously a very impulsive person filgr. Just a week ago you were asking for opinions and now you've ordered one! I assume you have test driven both boats? What was it about the test drives that made your mind up?

Let's just hope it doesn't take as long to build as Codprawn's.

I ordered the Revenger 29 as I believe the built quality is better than the Scorpion (Scorpions sold in Greece are built in Greece). I have ordered a 225 optimax, however I am thinking of twin engines, not so much for performance as for security. The price is double, but at least you dont have to buy a small 15hp engine for security.... Is the single engine enough? Are the 2x225 too much?

I drive a revenger 29 inbord and i have driven the 29 with twin mercury 250 optimax outboards was very nice. I would say to go for the twin engine setup because it is more reliable and the boats are very well suited to the twin engine setup as wel.

Finally the revenger 29 will have 2x225 optimax... I hope the boat is delivered before May.

Ye i know the model. Stunning looking boats the revengers and me and my dad are very pleased with ours. If you want i could send you pictures as it goes 2getha. You will have to make sure you keep that white on top nice and clean. Over hear its so hard to keep clean.
