Orange Rib - Lulworth Cove!!

Not sure if it is owned by anyone on here but there is a 5 /5.5m orange / black rib moored in Lulworth cove with a 140HP engine and 20HP auxillary which is full to the top of the transom with water. I went over and had a look as it looked really low in the water. I didn't want to tamper with it but if it was my boat I'd like to get it emptied pretty sharpish!!
I saw it on saturday 20th August (yesterday) when I dropped some friends off for lunch.
It looks like a nice, fairly modern rib in excellent condition...
