No Killcord, no lifejacket, but luckily no sharks

Saw this on the early evening news, can't quite tell but looks like a RIB. He was pretty lucky. He didn't get run over by his boat, and he wasn't eaten by a shark!

Cool video of a very stupid man, a kill cord must always be attached to you specially when boating solo, it's the hard way of learning that unpredictable boating accidents do occur, lucky man, came out miraculously uninjured or even killed.
