Kill Cord Tradegy

I recently read the MAIB report on the tragic accident in Cornwall back in May 2013.
The driver of a speedboat Milly crashed. 3 people injured, 2 seriously and loss of 2 lives

It makes very sad and scary reading!

Not wishing to appear macabre, can you point me towards other "Kill Cord related" incidents, either MAIB, anecdotal, local news, etc.

Thanks MGx

Not wishing to appear facetious - but I can point you to the search function ^^^^ and suggest there's lots of reading and browsing on this forum (on kill cords and many other topics) which are helpfully sorted into categories. It would save the admin team time if you posted in the right one ;-)
