Where is the best (cheapest) place to buy it?

I need -
6 x 2ft lengths in white
5 x 3/4ft lengths in black or dark grey

Happy to buy longer lengths and cut it as thats probable cheaper than buying lots of shot lengths.

I bought it direct from the US & was much cheaper with shipping, but that was when the pound was worth something!
