Jockey Seats

I am thinking about fitting a pair of jockey seats to my rib.

Where would everybody reccomend to buy a set from.

I have had a look on outhill but wondered if there was anyone else who manufactured them.

Any help and advice greatly appreciated.

thanks

I did try searching nasher but, the phrase "jockey seats" comes up surprisingly often.

I had also forgotten about the trade directory before someone reminds me of that!

there are a couple on ebay at the moment. However they dont have bases or flanges.

How easy would it be to glass in a peice of marineplay to form a base for them? They are the wrong colour so would need to paint them as well.

thanks

Our console also had no flange, so we went for a slightly different option - we mounted marine stainless angle on the deck, then the console is bolted onto this along it's base. Also made it much easier to insert fuel tank, etc and means if we need to for any major mods, we can remove the console simply and easily without hacking bits of boat about.

Thanks Ian, I really like those. Are they Humber ones or do you guy make them? They are v similar to the ones on our Humber rescue boat.

I much prefer the look of them to the outhill ones, and they are cheaper which is a bonus!!
