Is this an easy thing to do?

Hi all,

Just wondering how easy or possible it is to change a bunk type trailer to a roller version. Can it be done. Are parts interchangable and readily available?
Thanks in advance for any advice or views.

Regards,

Tony

Yes it can be done, I've never done this before but it won't be cheap. Contact your local trailer dealer to find out how available/expensive the parts are.

Yes it can be done, I've never done this myself, but my trailer used to be a bunk trailer before a previous owner converted it.

The manufacturter of your trailer will probably be very pleased to quote you for the parts!

If you do it, post some photos please, it might give me the impetus to get off my butt and do my one which needs the same job done

The biggest problem I have with converting mine is that where I launch my boat at the moment there is enough water that I don't actually need to do anything...
