Hypalon Antifouling

I am looking at a Ribcraft 585 which has had the hull & rear ends of the tubes (where they sit in the water) antifouled with International interspeed light grey.

Speaking to International they tell me the solvent Xylene is used in interspeed, and painting the tubes is perhaps something they would not advise.

Can anyone shed any light on whether this is going to cause a problem or not ? - I have looked at as many threads as possible, but cant find a definitive answer.

Also, what would I need to do to keep the hull in order bearing in mind it has been antifouled & that I want to trailer it ?
