Humber tube decals

Hi folks,

Getting to the end of my project and have spent a fortune and won't get my money back so trying to do things cheaply at the moment.

The H decals on the rear of the tubes are £35 + VAT each and I need two of them but refuse to pay this price. Anyone got any ideas how I can do or get them cheaply please?

Thanks

Gareth

Try Dave Cowell at North West Ribs for some offcuts of contrasting Hypalon:
North West RIBs & Inflatables - boat repairs

He might even be able to get them cut/copied for you??

Hi,

Maybe; make a stencill out of paper and use Hypalon paint.

Just for info what pressure do you inflate your tubes to, I have just bought a 4mtr Humber Hypalon (old) sib and was just wondering.

Hi, thanks everyone for the responses

Might give Dave a call as I don't trust myself with knifes when I'm near the tubes

Tube pressure - I just blow up until they feel solid when I want to use the boat and then let them down when I finish using them as there is no pressure relief valve for when they are sitting in the sun. However I think 1 psi pressure would sound about right but don't quote me on that

Think the idea is you cut them away from the tubes and then stick em on. But Laser Cut is even better!
