See photos...I'm guessing a former owner used to stand on this area or rest something on it but the area where the grab rope is fixed is badly worn. I know the Rib Shop sell something I could use for a repair (including the metal loop) but I'd rather not have to replace the rope too, plus there is a wear patch over all of this?
Any advice regarding a potential repair?
