Fuel burn numbers for a 3m RIB with 15 HP 2 stroke?

I am curious as to what kind of performance and fuel burn numbers I should be able to expect when I get my AB 9.5AL with an after market helm station and Yamaha 15MSH set up and trimmed.

With two persons aboard and 25 Litres of fuel I am hoping to see a top speed of about 18 knots and a comfortable cruising speed of about 15 knots. I don't know if that is realistic or not. Also, I have no idea what the fuel burn might be for this combination.

with a 15HP merc 4 stroke i get 23mph at WOT, 18mph at 50-60% power cruise and roughly 8 hours on 4 gallons of gas at cruise.
15HP engines burn roughly 1.5gph at WOT. 2 persons onboard and 12 gal of fuel+lots of other stuff for fishing etc.

A 2 strokes engine consumes slightly over 12% at max stated rpm for that engine at wot, + 1.8 gal per hour. Ideal cruising once on plane 1/2 to 3/4 throttle. Better calculate more fuel consumption than less and drifting to Bermuda.

Happy Boating
