Console fixings

Hi I have a new GRP console and need to fit the following items to it

1.) Fuel fill and vent GRP flange
2.) Fuel fill cap to GRP vent flange
3.) Access hatch

I assume the best way to do this is by bolt, large washers (to spread load) and nyloc nuts as I have full access to the console as its lying in the garden much to the annoyance of the Mrs

Thanks

Gareth

Got pics of the bits?

My filler on the Ballistic is fitted with 316 stainless self tappers and Sikaflex on the recess (filler itself is bolted/nyloced into the recess)as they all go through wood reinforced areas. The filler hose will possibly put a bit of force on the back of the filler and the recess so make sure they aren't going anywhere.

The hatches will be self tappered in.

There shouldn't really be much load on any of your bits though. Certainly not enough to need big washers to spread load. If there is, you've done something wrong.
