Hi guys

I am new to the forum but not new to boats. I am originally from South Africa and did a lot of deep sea fishing there.
I have bought refurbished and sold a few boats sinceI have been in the UK. Today I got this little Avon and hoped to get some more information about it.
I have seen on the forums guys using the Avon S400 which I am thinking is the 4 metre version
This Avon is 2.8 metres
I ran it today with the a 4hp and it ran well but probably needs a bigger motor, does anyone know the max hp it can run

My Plastimo is a 2.4 the Max on the plate is 4HP
