That's a very specific combination to be looking for, any particular reason?

Well, budget wise is 1 factor, 2nd factor Evinrude dealer in my area is gold! customer service at its finest, and overall looks of the boat fits my style! Why any bad comments on these products??

Well ignoring some historical weird advertising behaviour on the forum:

1. If you want to get the best price don't narrow your criteria to one brand, one size and one engine combo.

2. That's a good reason to go etec (you will shortly get the usual suspects reporting that etec are the devil's engines and your boat will sink!). Although anyone who deals with etec is probably pretty handy with alternatives (the opposite may not be true).

3. Leisure style is fine if that is your thing, but they aren't unique. deck layout that works for your use is far more important than appearance (Afterall you ll be in it not looking at it!)

Well i have been shopping them for about 1 year. i mean intense shopping, here in Quebec, Canada where i live, you dont have much choice ( Zodiac, Capelli, Brig and Air Solide)

Zodiac dealer is int to pleasant to deal with (doesn't have or doesn't want to answer my questions) Not customer friendly, He asked me for what city or municipality i worked for (took 1 week to get back with a quote) as i think he prefers to sell to police / search / rescue

Capelli and Brig dealer are the same guy! ( excellent customer service, always ready to answer my questions (even the most stupid or technical) he will find the answer

Air solide well lets just say that when i ask for a quote he replied to my email in such a stupid manner, id be stupid to deal with an idiot like him.

so basically this is how i came to conclusion on the brand and engine config!

Ahh you are buying new. I assumed by "in the market" you were asking for people with such a package looking to see to come forward.

I realise your choices in Canada are somewhat more limited over here. Its a shame you only have the mass produced brands to pick from. Do Valiant/Vanguard make it to Canada at all? If I was looking for a mass produced RIB they would be on my list to consider.

I just google both and they seem to not like taking the boat / ship / cargo vessel (call them how ever you prefer) to north america. They look like decent manufactures tho! Really wish i had more choice!
