Help re Rya coding please

Wanting to become RYA Advanced Powerboat instructor. Can anyone tell me what MCA codes Cat 5 +3R and cat 4 + 3R are in simple terms.

Category 5 - 20 miles from a nominated departure point in favourable weather and daylight.
Category 4 - 20 miles from a safe haven in favourable weather and daylight.
Category 3 - 29 miles from a safe haven - no restrictions.
Category 3R / 20 miles daylight, restricted to either 10 or 3 miles depending on which other restrictions are employed - clothing, wearing of lifejackets, risk assessment, seasonal, weather etc

I think that is a typo and should be 20 miles.
