Hello from the wet and windy west

Since I sold my last RIB in 1985 I thought it was about time I started looking for another. During the process of searching I came across this valuable resource so thought I should join you lot here. I've already learned much in what to avoid and what not, so thanks for that all. Not actually got a RIB yet, other than the rescue boat at work. Hoping to have something before December when my son gets back from uni though.

Cheers, Paul

You should have seen the one I had before the 4m Searider. It was a 13ft rigid hulled Dunlop C Craft, I believe a factory prototype that never came to fruition. No wonder, it was the wettest boat I've ever been in Thing had a 28HP short shaft Johnson on the back that was so old it had mixture screws you adjusted 'on the fly'

Oh, the fun I've been missing this last 32 years
