Hello from Northern Ireland

Hi,
im Alan from NI. im a skipper with the Northern Ireland Environment Agency and i mainly drive various boats around the coast and sea loughs of Northern Ireland taking water samples. the boats i use are a Loughin 33’ with an inboard diesel Cat 400hp, a 9.1m Red Bay Rib with twin Yamaha 240bhp inboard engines (480bhp total), a 6.8m MST Ribs with twin Johnson 140 bhp outboard engines (280 bhp) and a range of smaller ribs with 25hp outboards. the 6.8m MST rib with the twin 140's is the boat we use the most.

ive been lucky enough to do all my boat training with my work over the years and im now qualified to RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (commercially endorsed)

Hi Alan
Went the whole hog with a Garmin 5015 touchscreen.
Must say it is a smashing bit of kit. A lot of features but very easy to use.
