Fixing up a Navy Willard in MN

Ideas needed!!!!!
Hi, we bought this Navy Willard last year, have done some soundproofing on it and are now moving on to making it a bit more comfortable for use as a sailboat racing chase boat! I'm hoping folks here will have ideas, and post photos of what they've done. Photos on the way, and am I allowed to post a little YouTube video that I made yesterday?

Ideas for fixup/cleanup welcome. One of the big challenges is lack of storage, because the big box/storage container in back has to flip up to allow for engine work. This means that everything stored in there needs to be easily removable.....

Hey mama, i have same boat with Bravo 2X drive, and 210 Cummins. Do you have any performance numbers with your setup (top speed, top RPM)? And if so, what pitch propeller are you using? I have 21p and it seems way overcropped. Thanks, nice rig!
