bayrunner in Canada
I have a Zodiac 420 Bayrunner which I use on Lake Ontario, a very big Lake!
When I bought the Zodiac in Jan 2016 it came with a 60hp Yamaha which is over the maximum rating for this boat. I have no trouble because I am prudent and practice safe boat use. I also own a 33 foot C&C sailboat and have sailed since 1978. Any comments on the extra hp? My second point is that in rough weather the boat "slaps" into the waves rather than cutting through them which I believe is the result of a rather flat vee. Anyone comment on this and ways to handle it.
